Parents as Models : |
Parents or caregivers participation in class activities is strongly encouraged. The adults enthusiasm is an invaluable asset to the group as a whole and exemplifies to all the children that joining in is not about performing, but about having FUN.
Out of respect for your teachers and your classmates, please keep non-musical conversation to a minimum. |

Safety & Enjoyment : |
We ask that you please keep your eyes on your child at all times to ensure his/her safety and enjoyment. As parent/caregiver you are solely responsible for your child/charge while in the studio and during your time at Bookends and/or the SuperDome complex before or after class. |

Makeups: |
Make-ups - All families are entitled to 2 make-ups per 10 week semester. Please email us at info@ahummusic.com with the day, date, and location of the class you'd like to attend at least 48 hours in advance of the class you want to attend. We will always do our best to accommodate all requests - including requests for extra make-ups due to illness or extenuating situations. We want you in class so if we can make it happen, we will!

Guests: |
Adult visitors are always welcome. In consideration of all families, please limit adult guests to a maximum of 2 per class in addition to the parent or caregiver. Please call or email to let us know if you will be bringing a sibling along to class (2 visits maximum per session, please). There is a $10 fee for visiting unregistered child guests (10 months and older). Babies are free, but please let us know in advance. |

Refunds: |
Fees are fully refundable before the first day of classes, less a $25 registration fee. After classes have begun, 50% of fee will be refunded (less a $25 registration fee) for remaining unattended classes at time of cancellation. No refund after three weeks. |
